The Taurus Tracker range comes in a variety of sizes and calibers so they can be used universally for hunting or outdoor activities where bears or other predators are likely to be encountered and a means of defense may be necessary. The models are easy to shoot and control, extremely precise and almost indestructible in their construction.
The features of the RT 627 STS model include the rubber grip, an SA/DA trigger, and a fixed front sight with an adjustable rear sight.
The transfer bar mechanism also prevents the hammer from touching the firing pin unless the trigger is pulled all the way back.
